OnGuard ACEPro Access
Levels
There are FOUR levels of user for this program:
1. Administrator
2. Supervisor
3. Course Participant
4. Staff User
1. The Administrator is usually a Head of Department
- Technology Faculty at the education facility.
2. A Supervisor includes the teachers / trainers
within the technology faculty including subjects
such as: e.g. Food
Technology, Home Economics, Industrial Technology or
Manual Arts.
3. A Course Participant includes all users (school
age) enrolled into courses delivered by OnGuard
ACEPro.
4. A
Staff User is any staff member required to enrol
into an OnGuard ACEPro course and undertake
workplace safety
training.
Quick Start Guide
1.
Initial Login as Admin as per client URL address
and client details indicated on subscription.

2.
Program Configuration
Select 'Program Configuration' link on Administrator
Entry Page.
Complete the details required fir school name, year
groups and backup email.

3.
Add Supervisors.
Select 'Manage Users' link on Administrator Entry
Page.
Select 'Add User' link on next page. Set the 'User
Type' to Supervisor.
Add
in the required details for that supervisor. Leave
the 'Year Group' field blank. Select the 'Add' link.
Open
the 'Select Courses for User' link. Select the
'Entire Training List' course - place a green tick
in the
checkbox.
Select the 'Save' link.
Repeat for ALL supervisors.

4.
Add Courses.
Select 'Manage Courses' link on Administrator Entry
Page. Select 'Add Course' link on next page.
Add in the required details for that course.
Select the 'Add' link. Open the 'Select Training
Sessions for Course' link. Filter the list to match
the course.
Select the training sessions appropriate to the
course.
Place a green tick in the checkbox next to the
required training sessions. Select the 'Save' link.

5.
Login as an Administrator or Supervisor.
Select the 'Training Session Entry' link. Select the
'Entire Training List' course link. Select a
training session link.
Open the 'Safe Work Resource Page' link.
Select the 'Safe Working Procedure & Safe Work Test'
link. Work through the SOP content.
Select the 'Take the Test' link. A warning page
will open. Select the 'GO - I have read statement'
link.
Complete the Safe Work Knowledge Test.

6.
Student User Self Enrol
Direct student users to select the 'Self Enrol
NOW!'
Instruct them to complete the enrolment procedure
and 'Add' themselves to a course.
